Meet Chris
After 20 years serving as a CH-47 Chinook helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, Chris retired in 2024 with a passion for solving complex challenges and building high-performing teams. His military career was defined by leading critical missions that demanded precision, rapid decision-making, and flawless execution under pressure.
Today, Chris brings that same operational excellence to helping organizations streamline processes, mitigate risk, and achieve sustainable success. Whether it’s coordinating complex projects or implementing new systems, he specializes in creating solutions that work—and last.
Beyond the mission, Chris is a dedicated husband of 18 years and father of two. He’s driven by a genuine commitment to developing leaders and helping people reach their full potential. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the golf course, traveling with his family, or deep in a history book.

Meet Michael
Michael has built his career at the intersection of technology and people—where complex systems meet real-world needs. With extensive experience leading software implementation projects, particularly in healthcare, he’s mastered the art of coordinating stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring end users aren’t just trained, but genuinely supported through change.
As a Practice Director, Michael focuses on one critical question: “How can we make this better for our customers?” He’s revamped product marketing strategies based on direct customer feedback, rebuilt go-to-market approaches that dramatically improved profit margins, and leads sales, implementation, and support teams with a relentless focus on delivering real value.
Michael’s leadership foundation was forged in the Army, where he led operational teams around the world and served as Staff Director of Evaluation. Those experiences taught him adaptability, decisive action, and how to create systems that drive improvement—not just measure it.
For Michael, successful implementation has never been just about technology. It’s about bringing people along for the journey and ensuring solutions actually work in the real world.
Meet Zach
Zach is a senior consulting leader with over 20 years of experience guiding complex organizations through transformation, innovation, and large-scale program execution. He’s led enterprise initiatives across energy, aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, technology, and construction—overseeing portfolios exceeding $200 million and consistently delivering on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic goals.
Most recently, as an R&D Consulting Engineering Manager and U.S. Southeast Qualitative STEM Lead at KPMG, Zach advised Fortune-level clients on Research & Development tax credit strategy, technical substantiation, and IRS compliance. He’s known for translating complex technical work into defensible, high-value R&D claims—maximizing savings while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
Previously at EY, Zach helped organizations like BP, SpaceX, Lockheed Martin, and Caterpillar optimize R&D incentives tied to innovation and emerging technologies. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director of a national oilfield services firm, driving 275% revenue growth over three years while managing multi-state expansion and projects ranging from $500,000 to over $200 million.
Zach holds an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia, a Master’s in Engineering Management, and is Lean Six Sigma certified. His approach combines engineering discipline, financial insight, and executive-level judgment to help organizations scale responsibly and profitably.
